How long does it take to prepare my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Delivery takes 3–6 business days. Fast Delivery takes 1–4 business days. Exact time depends on your location inside the UAE.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, installments and wallets, bank transfer, and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery adds a 5 AED fee required by the courier, shown at checkout before you confirm.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We accept returns or exchanges if the product arrives damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with details of the issue. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

شو طرق الدفع المتوفرة؟
البطاقات الائتمانية والمدينة (فيزا، ماستركارد، أمريكان إكسبريس)، Apple Pay، التقسيط والمحافظ، التحويل البنكي، والدفع عند الاستلام. الدفع عند الاستلام عليه رسوم 5 دراهم مطلوبة من شركة الشحن، وتظهر بصفحة الدفع قبل تأكيد الطلب.
شو أسوي لو وصل المنتج تالف أو غلط؟
نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط إذا وصل المنتج تالفاً أو غير مطابق. تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع توضيح المشكلة. رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
